Available to 4 yrs old and up. Ages are grouped together for appropriate training.

WEEKLY WORK OUT

"Franklin"


(1 rotation)
1 High Jump
1 crab to crawl
1 hip escape (to each side)
1 mule kick
1 snap kick (to each side)

do 5 rotations then do
5 judo push ups
5 transfer push ups

all of this equals 1 set

Start with 3 sets.
Do each day.
Increase by 1 set every other day.
